The administrator intern will manage finance agreements, process insurance invoices, and handle customer payment records within the loan and leasing system. They will also coordinate with suppliers, monitor banking transactions, and maintain E-ownership records for financed vehicles.
Candidates should have an SPM level education background and possess relevant business knowledge. Familiarity with the asset-based finance industry, particularly the commercial vehicle market, is considered an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing the finance agreement including all security via Loan & Leasing system (Ambit). This includes Approval Letter & Letter of Under Taking via Ambit |
|
2. |
Follow up with supplier(s) (e.g. SMY & BB) to ensure all contract agreement particulars are in order. Regularise any deviations. |
|
3. |
Updating customer payment record |
|
4.

Working with The Scania Way (TSW), the Scania Credit Malaysia team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities Prepare insurance invoice for customers |
|
6. |
Prepare supporting documents for funding request from the accounting team |
|
7. |
Activated contracts and send for stamping |
|
8. |
Monitoring payment of post-dated cheque and arrange for banking service |
|
9. |
Send statement of account to customers |
|
10. |
Contact customer to collect late penalty charges |

11. |
Input E-ownership into FIS for the vehicle we finance. Discharge E-ownership when the contract has matured or fully paid
