The role involves providing NPI test operations support, coordinating test site readiness, and executing test transfers from introduction to high-volume manufacturing. It also requires driving test strategy, managing capacity expansions, and ensuring delivery fulfillment for new product releases.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computing engineering with at least 3 years of experience in high-volume semiconductor test manufacturing. Proficiency in ATE tester platforms, test methodology, and statistical data analysis tools is required.
This position is expected to provide NPI Test Operations and Engineering support for new products releases and deliver operational excellence through test site readiness, yield improvements and on-time test transfers across our Test Manufacturing Sites (Internal and Outsourcing Suppliers) in Malaysia, Taiwan, China and, Korea. This position reports into Test Operations under Operations Engineering Department (OED).
