As the RTR Assembly Manager (FE Equipment Maintenance), you will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for maintaining and improving Front-End manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Excellence teams to ensure stable operations, achieve operational KPIs, and support business growth.
The successful candidate will champion a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
What You Need to Do
Lead and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance effectiveness.
Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Analyze equipment performance and implement sustainable improvement solutions.
Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
Support equipment installation, upgrades, and technology transfer projects.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor relationships.
What You Need to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or maintenance.
3+ years of people management experience.
Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with OEE, MTBF, MTTR, TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
