Durante el periodo de prácticas podrá desarrollar conocimientos y competencias en:
• Estrategia y planificación de comunicación corporativa.
• Comunicación interna y engagement de empleados.
• Comunicación externa y relaciones con stakeholders.
• Generación de contenidos corporativos para diferentes canales.
• Gestión de canales digitales y redes sociales corporativas.
• Medición y seguimiento de indicadores de comunicación.
• Comunicación vinculada a iniciativas de sostenibilidad y Shared Value.
A lo largo de las prácticas, la persona tendrá la oportunidad de colaborar en:
• El desarrollo e implementación de acciones incluidas en los planes de Comunicación Interna y Comunicación Externa de la compañía.
• Proyectos e iniciativas de comunicación dirigidas a empleados y otros grupos de interés.
• La elaboración y adaptación de contenidos para distintos canales de comunicación interna, incluyendo newsletters, comunicados y materiales informativos.
• La preparación de contenidos para comunicación externa, incluyendo página web corporativa, redes sociales, notas de prensa y otros soportes de comunicación.
