In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie das Marketing-Team tatkräftig bei unterschiedlichsten Marketing- und Kommunikationsaufgaben im B2B2C und B2C-Umfeld. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Brand Activation Managern (BAMs) bei der operativen Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Marketingplänen zusammen.
Content Management — Planung, Koordination und Anpassung des Brand Contents über alle Kanäle hinweg (offline & online) in Absprache mit dem Brand Activation Manager.
Koordination von Marketingkampagnen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung von Assets an alle internen und externen Stakeholder in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und externen Partnern.
Website & CRM — Anpassung und Upload von Webpage-Content, Kreation und Adaption von CRM-Kampagnen.
Retail & B2B2C — Erstellung von POS-Materialien und Werbemitteln in Absprache mit dem Brand Activation Manager.
Influencer Marketing — Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Influencer-Kampagnen.
Analysen & Reporting — Erstellung und Auswertung von Markt- und Performance-Daten.
Hochschulabschluss oder höhere Ausbildung in Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft oder einem anverwandten Bereich.
1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing oder Digital — idealerweise in der Beauty- oder FMCG-Branche.
Koordinations- und Organisationstalent, detailorientiert und teamfähig sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
Muttersprache Deutsch - Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Französisch und/oder Englisch von Vorteil)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint & Excel, Kenntnisse in CMS/CRM-Tools sind ein Plus.
