As a Development Manager – System Test (Power Electronics),
you will lead regional system-level verification aligned with ASPICE SYS.4 and
SYS.5, driving validation through functional and environmental testing. You
will define the test strategy, coordinate execution, and ensure robust
validation from requirements to release.
Acting as a technical and organizational reference, you will guide test
activities, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive efficient,
high-quality validation with a focus on“First-Time-Right” delivery.
