As
a Systems Engineer – Architect & Analyst, you will lead system‑level
engineering activities with high technical impact on the product. You will
define system architecture, analyze complex requirements, guide integration
strategies, and ensure consistency across hardware, software, and
interdisciplinary domains. You will also help develop and continuously improve
engineering processes, tools, and methodologies across the product lifecycle.
YOUR TASKS
System Architecture & Technical Leadership
Define,
develop, and maintain the overall system architecture for power
electronics and related domains.
Perform
architectural evaluations, trade‑off analyses, and identify optimal
technical solutions.
Create
system-level models, interface specifications, architectural diagrams, and
technical documentation.
Ensure
architectural consistency across hardware, software, mechanical, safety,
and functional areas.
Lead
cross‑domain architecture reviews and maintain full
requirements-to-architecture traceability.
Systems Analysis & Requirements Engineering
Elicit,
clarify, and analyze complex system requirements from customers,
standards, regulations, and internal stakeholders.
Translate
high-level requirements into detailed system specifications and functional
architectures.
Conduct
technical feasibility studies, risk assessments, and change impact
analyses.
Align
cross-disciplinary requirements and solve technical conflicts together
with domain experts.
Maintain
and optimize systems engineering toolchains, including requirements and
modeling environments.
System Integration Strategy
Define
system-level integration concepts, including hardware-software interaction
models and integration test strategies.
Perform
system-level analyses to ensure compatibility and coherence between
components.
Conduct
system-level reviews, validation assessments, and support root‑cause
analysis for complex issues.
Process Optimization & Reporting
Improve
and further develop systems engineering processes, modeling guidelines,
and architectural governance rules.
Monitor
engineering KPIs to ensure technical quality and process adherence.
Support
compliance activities (e.g., Automotive SPICE, functional safety) and
internal assessments.
Review
and evaluate suggestions for process improvement and support
implementation.
Ensure
compliance with industrial safety and environmental protection guidelines.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics,
IT, Systems Engineering, or Physics.
Over 3
years of experience in systems engineering, system architecture, or system
analysis—preferably in automotive or power electronics.
Strong
knowledge of system modeling, architecture frameworks, requirements
engineering, and cross-domain integration.
Familiarity
with Automotive SPICE, systems engineering methodologies (e.g., MBSE), and
quality processes.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Proficiency
in English at negotiation level; additional languages are an advantag
