Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Establishing supplier relationship management processes and continuous improvement goals/programs.

• Negotiating contracts and coordinating supplier integration plans with internal clients.

• Monitoring market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and/or pricing.

• Partnering with internal clients to identify sourcing needs, develop buyer/market profiles, identify marketplace trends, and define acceptable service levels.

• Demonstrate strong procurement and planning background.

• Responsible for the planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment, preferably handling direct materials, indirect materials, or MRO procurement.

• Proficient in SAP (e.g., creating Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, vendor master data, and procurement reporting).

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

• Familiar with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier evaluation.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
