Description
The Test Technician at Hyper Solutions is responsible for performing electrical testing activities on power distribution equipment to verify safety, quality, functionality, and compliance with established procedures and standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations by executing test procedures, documenting results, troubleshooting issues, and helping ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Certification teams, the Test Technician supports production testing, product validation, UL compliance activities, and factory acceptance testing while maintaining a safe and organized test environment.
Requirements
At Hyper, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of mission-critical power and infrastructure solutions. You'll work directly with advanced electrical equipment while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Certification teams throughout the product lifecycle.

The anticipated minimum hiring range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but are not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
