The HR Intern will assist the payroll team in processing employee pay, managing timekeeping, and maintaining accurate payroll records. They will also support statutory compliance tasks and coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel and a detail-oriented approach to handling confidential information are required.

Job Summary:
Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll (timekeeping, overtime, and allowances).
Review and validate attendance and time records for accuracy.
Support in maintaining payroll databases and employee records.
Help reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in statutory compliance tasks (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.).
Prepare payroll-related documents and reports as needed.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related inquiries.
Perform other administrative tasks related to payroll and HR operations.
Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of payroll concepts and HR processes is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic office applications.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
