Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT service delivery functions across helpdesk, field support, and asset services.
Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Develop service strategies aligned with organizational goals and IT standards.
Manage vendor relationships for outsourced services and support tools.
Drive standardization and improvement initiatives across IT support processes.
Oversee IT service budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
Report service delivery performance to senior management and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 8–10 years in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL, IT operations, and service performance metrics.
Experience in managing teams across multiple sites or business units.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
