Tu seras la référence en matière d’application de la convention collective et dans la gestion proactive des relations de travail. Grâce à ton jugement, ton écoute et ta rigueur, tu contribueras à maintenir un climat de collaboration respectueux et mobilisateur. Ton sens politique et ton expérience pratique seront indispensables pour accompagner et coacher les gestionnaires, les outiller dans leurs responsabilités et soutenir des relations de travail à la fois harmonieuses et constructives. Il s’agit d’un mandat temporaire dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé de maternité, offrant une excellente occasion de mettre ton expertise à profit au sein d’une équipe engagée.
