Manage and maintain tools and equipment for Maintenance and Production departments while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulations. Develop quality manuals and procedures and coordinate with engineering and safety entities for equipment approvals.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Candidates should have strong knowledge of tooling and maintenance operations, with 3-5 years of experience preferred.
Perform, control and maintain the tools and equipment for the Maintenance & Production departments in accordance with rules and regulations;
Maintain a quality system for tool & equipment management;
Create, update and improve Quality Manual, General Procedures, Specific Procedures, Forms and other quality documents;
Support the Maintenance and Production team in selecting and operating appropriate tools & equipment;
Participate in the tool & equipment selection and approval process;
Be in direct contact with entities like Engineering, Facility, Operational Health and Safety (OHS), and LuxControl for tool & equipment approvals;
Create, update, maintain a system for preventive maintenance of machine and equipment within Maintenance and Production;
Essential Requirements
Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are considered as an advantage
Permanent, full-time position based in our Cargolux Maintenance Center in Luxembourg.
Occasional travel may be required.
Flexibility may be needed with working hours.
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
