We have an opportunity in Bargeddie for a Multi Skilled Recycling Operative to join our team, working 40 hours per week, on a four on four off shift pattern, working days including weekends.

The salary for this role will be £30,784 per year, inclusive of shift allowance, and participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits.

To ensure the Clyde Valley sites have a team of multiskilled staff, utilised by the Supervisor to achieve the priority requirements of the site.  Undertake duties within the site(s) as required or directed. A Multiskilled Operator should be fully trained on at least 3 of the following:  

• Weighbridge Operation

• Forklift Truck (and/or able to use shovel or grab)  

• Traffic Marshal  

• Picking from the line.

A Multiskilled operative will complete any of these roles or other reasonable operational requirements, such as litter picking, aiding cleaning activities, clearing blockages in plant or completing site paperwork (site log, fire checks etc).
