Responsibilities
Responsible for the painting and prepping of various motor vehicles while ensuring high customer satisfaction and safety standards. The role involves interpreting technical data, using paint mixing equipment, and reporting all vehicle defects.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an ATA or NVQ level 3 qualification and relevant industry experience as a repair technician. Strong communication, problem-solving, and health and safety awareness are essential.
We’re looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team, and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair.

About the role
Painting and prepping of Motor vehicles.
Key responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types.
Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner.
Observe, recognise and report on vehicle structure and paintwork.
Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment.
Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on job card.
Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.
Skills and experience
· ATA / NVQ level 3
· Good Communication skills.
· Good Decision Making/Problem solving skills.
· Good H&S knowledge/awareness.
· Good Time management skills
· Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.
