The Quality Manager will oversee and improve the quality performance of the Arco plant, ensuring products and processes meet high standards and regulatory requirements. They will lead the quality team, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement projects across various departments.
Candidates must have previous experience in the paper industry and a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science. Strong leadership skills, knowledge of quality management systems, and fluency in Italian and English are required.

Il ruolo pensato per te:
In qualità di Responsabile Qualità dello stabilimento di Arco, sarai responsabile della supervisione e del miglioramento delle performance qualitative del sito, assicurando che prodotti e processi rispettino i più elevati standard di qualità, in conformità alle normative vigenti e alle policy aziendali. Questo ruolo è fondamentale per guidare il miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione della qualità, promuovendo una cultura della qualità in tutte le funzioni aziendali, dall’approvvigionamento delle materie prime fino alla consegna del prodotto finito.
L’impatto che avrai:
Guiderai e svilupperai il team Qualità, assicurando controlli efficaci sui processi produttivi, sulle materie prime e sui prodotti finiti.
Definirai, monitorerai e analizzerai i KPI qualità di stabilimento, individuando priorità e opportunità di miglioramento in linea con gli obiettivi di business.
Guiderai le analisi delle cause radice e l’implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive, con l’obiettivo di ridurre difetti, non conformità e reclami dei clienti.
Collaborerai con Produzione, Manutenzione, R&D, Procurement e il team Qualità Centrale per prevenire e risolvere problematiche qualitative.
Promuoverai e guiderai progetti di stabilimento finalizzati al miglioramento del controllo di processo, della qualità e dell’affidabilità del prodotto attraverso analisi dei dati, revisione dei processi, formazione, audit e sviluppo di metodi di prova.
Pianificherai e implementerai azioni correttive e percorsi di sviluppo di lungo termine per reclami e problematiche qualità interne.
Preparerai e presenterai report periodici al management sulle performance qualità, sui principali rischi e sull’avanzamento dei piani di miglioramento continuo.
Rappresenterai lo stabilimento su tematiche qualità nei confronti di clienti e fornitori, partecipando ad audit e incontri tecnici e assicurando una gestione efficace delle criticità.
Supervisionerai il sistema di gestione della qualità, pianificherai audit interni ed esterni e assicurerai che procedure, standard e requisiti applicabili siano mantenuti aggiornati e correttamente implementati.
Le competenze e le caratteristiche che cerchiamo:
È richiesta una precedente esperienza nel settore cartario (mandatory).
Hai una laurea in Ingegneria, Chimica, Scienza dei Materiali o disciplina affine; un master in gestione della qualità costituisce un plus.
Hai una solida esperienza in ruoli di leadership nell’ambito qualità, preferibilmente in contesti manifatturieri complessi e strutturati.
Porti con te solide capacità di leadership e sviluppo delle persone, insieme a eccellenti competenze organizzative, analitiche e di problem solving.
Hai una buona conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione della qualità, degli strumenti di analisi delle cause radice e delle metodologie di miglioramento continuo; la conoscenza di Lean e Six Sigma costituirebbe un vantaggio.
Hai eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali e sai coinvolgere efficacemente stakeholder interni ed esterni a diversi livelli organizzativi.
Sei orientato/a ai risultati, flessibile e in grado di gestire priorità mutevoli in un ambiente dinamico.
Adotti un approccio pragmatico, dimostri una forte attenzione al cliente e possiedi una reale mentalità orientata al miglioramento continuo.
Parli fluentemente italiano e inglese.
