The maintenance technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems within a manufacturing environment. They must perform preventive and predictive maintenance while ensuring operational efficiency through mechanical and electrical expertise.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and experience in heavy manufacturing maintenance. Proficiency with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as the ability to interpret technical schematics and drawings, is required.

The maintenance technician performs a diversified list of duties including installation, repairs, preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements on all equipment and systems. the maintenance technician must rely on their knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles in order to troubleshoot malfunctions to equipment and systems and to repair and restore operation. This position requires overtime and fill-in for shifts openings as needed.
