Candidates must have 3+ years of production design experience and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong organizational skills and familiarity with packaging construction.

OVERVIEW:
As a Production Artist, you will join SharkNinja’s in-house Creative Production team and play a central role in bringing products to market through precise, high-quality production design. Working closely with designers, copywriters, brand managers, product developers, project managers, and global marketing teams, you will translate creative concepts into production-ready assets across packaging, retail, and digital channels.
This role is integral to scaling creative output for global product launches by maintaining strong production standards, building efficient templates and systems, and leveraging modern creative tools including AI-assisted workflows.
