BYOMA is looking for a creative, highly organized, and culturally connected marketer with a passion for influencers, creators, and community.

You will support the execution of BYOMA's Influencer & Creator strategy across North America through creator partnerships, ambassador programs, gifting, advocacy, and campaign coordination. This role helps identify emerging talent, build authentic creator relationships, and ensure flawless execution of influencer programs that strengthen community, cultural relevance, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Influencer Support

• Research, identify, and evaluate creators across multiple tiers, platforms and audience segments to support brand objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of creators, influencers and ambassadors.
• Source, vet and recommend talent for organic gifting, paid partnerships, retailer campaigns, innovation launches and experiential activations.
• Support creator outreach, relationship management and day-to-day communications with creators and/or their management.
• Coordinate creator contracts, briefing materials, product shipments, invoices, payment processing and campaign documentation.
• Maintain accurate creator databases, contact records, partnership history and performance tracking.

Gifting & Advocacy

• Execute influencer gifting and product seeding programs that support product launches, retailer priorities and always-on advocacy.
• Coordinate product fulfillment, sample requests, shipping logistics and inventory management with internal partners.
• Support ambassador, affiliate and advocacy initiatives that strengthen long-term creator relationships.
• Track creator participation, content delivery and engagement across campaigns.
• Ensure timely execution of mailers and campaign assets while maintaining a positive creator experience.

Campaign Coordination

• Support creator activations across innovation launches, retailer campaigns and events
• Assist in developing creator briefs, timelines, deliverables and campaign documentation.
• Coordinate creator content collection, approvals, usage rights and asset organization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Social to maximize creator content usage across owned and paid channels.

Measurement & Reporting

• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting across influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, product seeding, and campaign activations.
• Track KPIs including creator engagement, reach, earned media value (EMV), content volume, advocacy, creator retention and campaign performance.
• Maintain influencer reporting dashboards, creator databases, campaign trackers, and program recaps to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Monitor creator trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Partner with the Manager, Influencer & Creator to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen creator effectiveness, advocacy and commercial objectives.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Social, Community + Events, Creative, HCP, GTM and Commercial teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Coordinate creator participation across brand initiatives and key business priorities.
• Serve as a reliable project manager by maintaining timelines, communicating updates and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned.

 

Competencies

Experience

• 1-3 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, social media or digital marketing
• Experience within beauty, skincare, consumer packaged goods, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, creator management tools and social media analytics a plus.
• Passion for beauty, creator culture and emerging social platforms.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating creator programs, product gifting, partnerships or events preferred.
