Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and are desired to have 6-12 months of experience in a sterilization environment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, forklift experience, and medical approval for respirator use.

Reporting to the Process Supervisor or Manager Operations, the Operator is responsible for monitoring the system which includes observing pressure, temperature and relative humidity measurements on charts or computer monitors. Ensures that product is moved through the facility at the appropriate times.
