The Sales Manager will lead the Charlotte branch by utilizing the 360 Selling Model to develop Territory Managers and execute growth plans. They are responsible for increasing market share and revenue through the application of compressed air design principles and national sales strategies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in capital equipment sales. Required qualifications include a clean driving record, computer proficiency, and strong leadership skills to motivate staff.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in growing Charlotte Branch. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

This is a salary plus commission position, with an annual range of $120,000-$160,000, to commensurate with experience and performance.
