The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving new business development and managing larger scale sales targets for fluid solutions in the Georgia region. This includes conducting market research, promoting product lines through on-site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business and at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumables. Experience in the lubricants or chemicals industry and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce are desired.

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 plus commission, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
The Sales Engineer will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for business development of agreed upon larger scale sales targets within the Georgia region selling fluid solutions via a comprehensive line of value-added metal working fluids and related lubricants. They will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
