The Director of Strategy partners with the VP of Strategy and Pricing to shape and drive the company’s strategic agenda. This role translates market, competitive, and internal data into clear strategic recommendations, leads the development of strategic plans, and drives execution of large-scale change initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with the leadership skills needed to align cross-functional teams around a shared direction and see initiatives through to results.
The range for this position is $135,500.00 to $268,500.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location. Acuity offers generous benefits including health care, dental coverage, vision plans, 401K benefits, and commissions/incentive compensation depending on the role.
