What Our Location Offers You:

What You Will Do:
Assemble units according to blueprint prior to welding.
Set up and run automatic welding machines to blueprint tolerances.
Weld components manually using both MIG and TIG welding.
Position and secure work pieces using hoists.
Weld using a welding positioner/turntable.
Inspect product and equipment for defects and malfunctions.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Welding certification from an accredited Technical School preferred.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude and a functional knowledge of hand tools.
Ability to interpret blueprints and measurements.
Proficient in GMAW (gas metal arc welding) and GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding).
Capable of adjusting machines to different material thickness.
Ability to self-manage with a diverse workload.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Physical Requirements for Manufacturing Production Employees
Standing:
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift).
Walking:
Frequent walking throughout the production floor.
Lifting and Carrying:
Regularly lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment
Pushing and Pulling:
Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts, equipment, or materials.
Repetitive Motions:
Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g., assembling, sorting, packaging).
Manual Dexterity:
Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools.
Climbing:
Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas.
Visual and Hearing Requirements:
Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels, safety signs, and equipment gauges.
Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.
Environmental Tolerance:
Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and manufacturing chemicals.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Additional Requirements: Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a weld test to D1.2 AWS (American Welding Society, Structural Welding Code - Aluminum)
