The Process Technician is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of plant equipment, including monitoring unit conditions and troubleshooting malfunctions. They must also handle hazardous chemicals, perform chemical tests, and maintain accurate production logs while adhering to strict safety and environmental protocols.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a 1-year Process Technology certificate, and 7-10+ years of operational experience, preferably with sulfuric acid. The role requires the ability to obtain TWIC credentials and the physical capability to wear appropriate PPE and respiratory protection.

The Process Technician for Ecoservices in Baytown, TX is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment while adhering to established procedures and maintaining a strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility. This is a hands-on role in a rotating shift environment with opportunities for advancement, to also fill in for the Production Manager in their absence.
