The operator is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining flexographic printing and converting machinery to produce paper packaging. They must also monitor machine supplies, inspect products for quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Candidates must have experience in setting up and troubleshooting converting or printing machinery and working with large rolls of paper or plastic. The role requires basic math skills, the ability to use hand tools, and the physical capacity to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
