The Senior Manufacturing Engineer optimizes production processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and reliability while ensuring food safety and quality standards. This role leads equipment modifications and utilizes data analysis and FMEA to reduce operational risk and waste.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Candidates must have knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and food safety systems like HACCP and GMP.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer supports and improves manufacturing processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production of food products. This role applies engineering principles, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve process capability, reduce risk, and support operational performance while meeting food safety, quality, and customer requirements.
This position is located at our manufacturing plant in Stephenville, Texas.
Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10,000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles for the position.
