The Machine Operator supports production operations by managing manufacturing equipment and monitoring processes across various departments. They are responsible for performing quality checks, handling materials, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work multiple shifts.
The Machine Operator is responsible for supporting production operations across Holtec's manufacturing departments, including Billet, Material Handling, Extrusion, Micro Arc Oxidation (MAO), and Rolling Mill operations. This hands-on role involves operating production equipment, monitoring manufacturing processes, handling materials, performing quality checks, and supporting the safe and efficient production of high-quality products. Candidates with experience in billet processing, extrusion, rolling mill operations, material handling, Water Jet, CNC, metal manufacturing, or other heavy industrial production environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
