The Quality Engineer owns inspection strategies, nonconformance resolution (MRB/DMR), and customer-facing quality issues for precision motion control systems. They are responsible for leading FAIs, managing measurement systems, and ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
Requires 5-7+ years of quality engineering experience in a precision or regulated manufacturing environment with fluency in GD&T and hands-on CMM experience. Proficiency in inspection tools like SolidWorks and InspectionXpert is required, while ASQ CQE or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

About the Position:
We're looking for a Quality Engineer to own inspection, nonconformance resolution, and customer-facing quality issues across our product lines; lead screws, ball screws, linear actuators, custom assemblies, and precision components for medical device, aerospace, and defense customers.
This role is the technical owner of what happens when something goes wrong: a part doesn't conform, a customer calls, an FAI needs to pass the first time. You'll be the calm, credible voice in those moments, and the person building the systems that prevent them from repeating.
