The Technical Field Support Representative acts as the primary liaison between the company and customers to implement packaging solutions and troubleshoot production issues. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within the food packaging or processing equipment industry. A bachelor's degree in an engineering or science field is preferred, along with the ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

About the Role
The Technical Field Support Representative serves as the primary technical liaison between PaperTech, customers, and the sales team to support the successful implementation of PaperTech packaging solutions. This role provides hands-on technical support, leads customer trials, troubleshoots production issues, and collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing to improve customer outcomes and support new business opportunities. Frequent travel throughout the United States and Canada is required.
