The Manufacturing Manager provides leadership to attain economic objectives while ensuring high performance in quality, safety, and productivity. They are responsible for managing department budgets, coaching supervisors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of successful supervisory or managerial experience within the printing industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
The Manufacturing Manager provides leadership to attain budgeted economic objectives while meeting customer requirements. The Manufacturing Manager will also demonstrate competency in managing change and drive continuous improvement in a commercial print related manufacturing environment.
Work is typically performed under general supervision, receiving guidance from the manager or supervisor regarding work that needs to be completed and how to complete certain assignments. This role exercises a high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks and prioritizing work while following established policies and procedures.
