The Bindery Operator 1 is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery while monitoring quality and productivity levels. They will also perform preventative maintenance tasks and assist the lead operator in guiding crew members.
Candidates must have basic math skills and computer knowledge to perform the job duties. The role requires the physical ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift between 20 and 50 pounds.
