Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through offer acceptance.
Develop recruiting strategies tailored to technical, engineering, sales, and corporate positions.
Source active and passive candidates through multiple recruiting channels.

Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, candidate travel, assessments, and offer logistics.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop long-term talent pipelines for high-demand and difficult-to-fill positions.
Build relationships with industry professionals, trade schools, universities, military transition programs, and professional organizations.

Consult with managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning priorities.
Assist with developing job descriptions and recruiting strategies.

Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

Provide recruiting-related reporting and workforce analytics.
Assist the HR team with special projects and organizational initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade positions preferred.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting field service engineers, sales professionals, CNC technicians, or engineering talent.
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.
Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
Filling positions with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
Creating an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Developing proactive talent pipelines that reduce time-to-fill.
