The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations leads the operational infrastructure, including marketing technology, project management, and creative operations. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred. The role requires over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing operations or related disciplines, including at least 5 years of people leadership.

Serving as the operational backbone of the Marketing function, this leader establishes the processes, governance, tools, and capabilities that translate strategy into execution.
