Nell’ambito della creazione di un nuovo posto di lavoro, stiamo reclutando un/una Addetto/a alle vendite Export per Italia e Spagna – M/F con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Riportando al Responsabile delle vendite Export, l’Addetto/a alle vendite Export avrà il compito principale di sviluppare il fatturato di Silvadec nell’area geografica di competenza, nel rispetto della politica commerciale del gruppo.
Nella vostra area geografica, dovrete in particolare:
Sviluppare il fatturato:
o Ricercare, identificare e selezionare i migliori partner di sviluppo per Silvadec, visitarli, sviluppare i rapporti con loro e fidelizzarli,
o Organizzare la distribuzione di tutte le nostre gamme di prodotti (terrazze, recinzioni e facciate) in tutti i territori geografici, affinché i nostri prodotti siano accessibili all’intero mercato (installatori professionisti e privati),
o Negoziare con i nostri clienti nel rispetto della politica commerciale.
Sviluppare la prescrizione:
o Garantire la presentazione e la valorizzazione dei nostri prodotti sui social media (in particolare LinkedIn) e alle fiere,
o Visitare e coinvolgere i prescrittori (installatori e architetti),
o Individuare e seguire i progetti,
o Promuovere l’immagine dei nostri prodotti e dell’azienda.
Garantire la formazione dei clienti:
o Padroneggiare l’argomentazione di vendita dei nostri prodotti e far sì che anche i clienti la padroneggino,
o Conoscere e utilizzare tutti gli strumenti di supporto alla vendita di Silvadec, presentarli e metterli a disposizione dei clienti,
o Garantire un corretto merchandising e una buona presentazione dei nostri prodotti presso i nostri distributori.
Trasmettere le informazioni relative al mercato:
o Trasmettere ai propri superiori tutte le informazioni e gli sviluppi del mercato,
o Aggiornare il CRM,
o Comunicare con i team di Marketing, Amministrazione Vendite e Commerciale.
Fornire supporto al servizio post-vendita:
o Garantire la fidelizzazione e la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti,
o Fungere da tramite tra il servizio post-vendita e i nostri clienti per garantire una buona comunicazione e la risoluzione dei problemi,
o Recarsi nei cantieri, se necessario, per constatare, valutare e negoziare.
In collaborazione con la sede centrale con sede in Bretagna, viaggerete in Italia e in Spagna alla ricerca di nuovi mercati. Ogni settimana sarete in trasferta in uno dei settori di vostra competenza e il resto del tempo sarà dedicato alle attività di back-office relative alla vostra posizione.
L’area commerciale comprende l’Italia e la Spagna.
Posizione disponibile a partire dal 1° ottobre 2026.
