This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of facility which includes overseeing soft services kitchen, café and  pantry, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The duties also involve managing budgets, supervising staff and vendors, and coordinating projects like renovations and maintenance to ensure a facility is up and running all the time.

About the Role:

• Operations Management: Manage daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly, especially during peak hours.
• Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of cleaning to meet company standards.
• Inventory and Stock: Maintain adequate stock levels for all supplies and monitor all stores.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
