The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing effective business processes that support organizational goals and technology integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by providing detailed analysis.
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities related to business process improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to document complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
- Experience with process modeling and business process reengineering techniques.
- Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information to support decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
