About the opportunity: At Ascensia Diabetes Care, we're looking for a Regional Business Manager to join our team who will be responsible for delivering target objectives for Ascensia Diabetes Care in their specified region and to ensure the execution of the defined Sales and Marketing strategy to achieve sustainable, profitable development and growth of the division through their sales team comprising of Area Business Managers and Product Specialists. This position reports to the Head Sales - Retail and Trade

What you will be doing:
Lead regional sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue, market share, and business growth objectives through effective sales planning and team leadership.
Develop and coach the sales team to strengthen capabilities, improve performance, and foster accountability through continuous feedback, training, and performance management.
Optimize sales processes, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize productivity, drive sales excellence, and ensure consistent execution of business priorities.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance collaboration, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance by overseeing financial controls, distribution effectiveness, policy adherence, and product knowledge to support efficient and ethical business operations.
