Delle referenze food 7.000 sono locali, messe a disposizione da 800 fornitori del territorio.
Unico player del settore con un’offerta multicanale, METRO affianca ai Cash&Carry un canale di acquisto online e un servizio di consegna presso le attività di ristorazione, oltre ai servizi digitali “DISH” pensati per semplificare e digitalizzare i processi quotidiani dei ristoratori, e al “Mercato Online”, il marketplace aperto a tutti che offre oltre 250.000 attrezzature professionali.
METRO propone anche circa 3.500 prodotti a marchio, tra cui METRO Chef, METRO Professional e RIOBA.
Per il punto vendita di Modena stiamo cercando una/un Capo Reparto
Essere un Capo Reparto, è ben più che un lavoro. È un'esperienza formativa continua, in quanto ruolo dinamico, pro-attivo e di fondamentale importanza per il punto vendita.
In qualità di Capo Reparto i tuoi obiettivi principali saranno:
- Garantire la corretta gestione del Reparto assegnato al fine di massimizzare i risultati economici, incrementando il numero di Buying Customer e la quota di mercato, oltre ad offrire il miglior servizio di consulenza al Cliente.
- Garantire la tutela del Patrimonio Aziendale, guidare e sviluppare il Team del tuo Reparto, collaborando con gli interlocutori di Store e con le altre figure aziendali per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici.

Conoscenza dell'assortimento del reparto di riferimento
Conoscenza dei principali KPI commerciali inerenti alla gestione di reparto e del CCNL di riferimento
Ottime capacità di leadership, coordinamento di un Team e forte orientamento al cliente e al risultato
Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative, negoziali e commerciali
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni di lavoro in un ruolo analogo
Contratto di Lavoro: Tempo Indeterminato con inquadramento livello 2 (Ccnl Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata – CNEL H008) con una retribuzione annua lorda pari a € 32.000€
