The Civil Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall engineering, design, and project management of private and public sector projects. This includes overseeing plan preparation, permitting, QA/QC of junior staff, and maintaining client relationships.
Candidates must have 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer and hold a professional licensure in Texas. Proficiency in Civil 3D, CAD, and the ability to manage junior staff are required.

Magrym Consulting is a small firm looking to expand in the coming years, and we are looking for the right team members to help us get there. We encourage a healthy work-life balance by offering a flexible work schedule. We invest in developing our team by providing leadership training, monthly lunch and learns, and teambuilding exercises. In addition, we offer up to 40 hours of paid volunteer time per year.
This position is responsible for performing civil engineering work and project management, for both private and public sector. Work may include site development, commercial development plans, subdivisions and roadways; utilizing Civil 3D and other applicable software programs. Must be looking to be part of a growing team, able to work independently and manage Junior Engineers and Drafters. Must show initiative to seek work and maintain great relationships with existing clients.
Responsilbilities
10-years of experience as a Civil Engineer. Must maintain a professional licensure in Texas. Knowledge of engineering and data analysis techniques and theories. Skill in the use of computers and computer-aided design equipment and in the use and maintenance of scientific instruments. This is not a remote position. Position is in Midland, Texas.
