Lead student recruitment activities and build relationships with K-12 partners to increase enrollment at Blackhawk Technical College. Provide career guidance, conduct workshops, and manage the transition of prospective students into enrolled students.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Science, or a related field and two years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in post-secondary recruitment, admissions, or student affairs is desired.
Position will be responsible for leading student recruitment activities to raise awareness of program offerings at Blackhawk Technical College resulting in student enrollment. Position will meet with prospective students individually, in groups, and facilitate large presentations to provide information on programs, enrollment, and career opportunities to prospective students. Position will work with students to transition from prospective to enrolled students. Position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with K-12 partners.
