Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with line manager to implement effective campaigns to drive Mass and CITICfirst segment growth, revenue, PPC, AUM as well as digital KPIs digital Monthly Active Users (MAU), digital sales transactions and digital channel contribution, etc. to achieve defined digital sales goals.
  • Develop effective customer communications to promote CNCBI banking services and deliver a customer-centric omni-channels banking experience.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns including content development, incentive design, customer fulfilment and customer enquiry.
  • Prepare regular MIS to monitor campaign results and business KPIs.
  • Play the role as business owner to provide requirements to develop new digital service and personalized customer experience and work closely with development team in agile way.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns according to defined timeline and in compliance with internal procedures/ guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
  • Clearly communicates with the internal customers regarding their needs and expectations through active listening and proactive questioning skills.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking, sales and marketing, digital business development.
• Segment portfolio growth, online acquisition and digital usage experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in online sales and marketing with good business acumen in product and e-channel marketing.
• Understand industry and market developments relating to own function.
• Understand the unique selling points and pricing structures of the Bank’s products/ services.
