This Superintendent position oversees the planning, scheduling, dispatching and supervision of the staff and resources of a large geographically remote office/specific worksite to meet the of customer service requests. The role involves ensuring all logistics issues from the initial work request to the closing of the work order are performed efficiently, and ensures the accuracy of customer invoicing, employee compensation and resource utilization.
