The Customer Service Representative will greet and assist customers with product selection while maintaining accurate order information and status updates. They will also nurture customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with ERP systems and experience in a commercial setting are considered assets.
