Requires 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, finance, or vendor management with proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Familiarity with union agreements and experience with the Maximo LEM System is preferred.

Make your mark while you grow your career! We are looking for a LEM Analyst to join the Albian Finance Team. This role involves reviewing and attesting daily Labor, Equipment, and Material (LEM) submissions from vendors using the Maximo LEM System.
A key aspect of this role is using Power BI and Excel (including pivot tables) to analyze data, validate vendor charges, and identify discrepancies. The analyst must have a strong understanding of contract terms, employment agreements, and union policies to determine eligibility for payments, such as travel allowances and schedule-based compensation. This position requires collaboration with vendors and internal business units.
