The Business Development Officer is responsible for generating SBA 7(a) loan opportunities through direct and indirect marketing channels. They manage the loan workflow, perform financial analysis, and maintain relationships with prospects and third-party agents.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of SBA lending experience with a US-based institution and a strong ability to analyze financial statements. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in SBA eligibility guidelines and credit risk mitigation.

What You’ll Do:

Primary focus is to develop relationships with prospects to increase overall level of business. The SBA Business Development Officer is able to operate with a minimum of direction, is able to develop a portfolio of new business relationships and manages a loan portfolio in metro markets.
