Imagínate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
Garantizar la ejecución del plan de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, priorizando la seguridad y cumpliendo con los objetivos de negocio como MTTR, MTBF, Disponibilidad.
Asegurar la ejecución correcta de los servicios tercerizados con proveedores para sistemas Eléctricos, sistema contra incendios, y servicios especializados, así como el cumplimiento de los contratos y las cláusulas estipuladas para dichos servicios.
Desarrollar a tu equipo de trabajo, asegurar que existe el ciclo de retroalimentación para mejorar la ejecución de las actividades de su equipo y trabajar en las áreas de oportunidad.
Asegurar la colaboración en equipo con los equipos operativos y de soporte, brindando el servicio correcto de disponibilidad y atención a solicitudes evitando impactos operativos.
Retroalimentar y crear los estándares técnicos pertinentes para los equipos automatizados y sistemas que se tengan en el site. Asegurar la creación de habilidades de su personal con esta información estandarizando el Way of Working (WOW).
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de sus tecnologías asignadas, así como los indicadores clave de su pilar de pertenencia, teniendo todos los entregables de su tecnología y pilar en Playbook.
Requisitos:
Tener formación universitaria concluida en Ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica, Electromecánica o afines.
Contar con 3 años de experiencia en Mantenimiento o Servicio Técnico en centros de distribución, plantas manufactureras o farmacéuticas.
Poseer experiencia desarrollada en posiciones similares liderando equipos de trabajo.
Contar con experiencia gestionando mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos.
Tener conocimientos de robótica, electrónica, automatización y mecánica.
Poseer conocimientos de indicadores del área.
