As Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind growing One New Zealand’s presence in the Christchurch market by winning new business and building lasting customer relationships.
Focused on organisations of around 20 to 500 FTE, you will identify opportunities, open doors, and turn conversations into meaningful commercial outcomes.
This is a role for someone who thrives on creating momentum, enjoys being out in the market, and is energised by helping customers solve real business challenges through smart technology and connectivity solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals, shape solutions that support innovation and growth, and position One New Zealand as a trusted digital partner of choice.
Success in this role comes from combining strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with commercial drive, curiosity, and a genuine passion for delivering value.
