The Project Control Manager will lead and oversee all WIDS installation activities, including coordinating teams, site surveys, and integration efforts. They are responsible for managing schedules, approving technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with engineering and security standards.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience managing technical installation projects and two years of experience with WIDS solutions in DoD or IC environments. A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are required.
Amentum/Secure Networking is seeking a Project Control Manager (PCM) who will oversee the Wireless Intrusion Detection installation phase of the Skywalker program. The PCM will coordinate installation teams, Site Surveys, and integration efforts with multiple functional wings of the Program. The PCM will assist in the development and approval of Bills of Materials (BOM) oversee selection, coordinate travel and security requests of installation teams, review and approve site survey reports and proposed technical drawings and approve and submit installation reports to Customer points of contact. As such, candidates will be required to have multiple years of experience managing personnel and a firm knowledge of electrical engineering, fiber installation, and SCIF penetration regulations, and direct experience installing WIDS systems in various DOD and/or IC environments, including experience designing Wireless Intrusion Detection systems and preparing Computer-Aided Drawings (CAD) system layouts. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: Office Setting, but may be required to install sensors and wiring, which requires climbing ladders and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Poly
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Current CISSP certification.
This position is designated as a safety-sensitive position.
