Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in oil and gas consulting, engineering, or infrastructure development. A bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or business is required, with a master's degree preferred.
The Director of Oil & Gas is responsible for leading ECS's strategy and growth across the oil and gas sector, including upstream, midstream, and downstream markets and related energy infrastructure. This role drives client development, national account growth, and cross-subsidiary collaboration to expand ECS's presence in oil and gas markets. Chantilly, VA is the preferred location however, this is a National opportunity and the ideal candidate can be located in any region with established ECS operations (Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, Southeast, Florida).

Required Qualifications
The expected pay range for this role and location is $175k - $225k/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
